Also check your own caches
CDNs and page caches (Cloudflare, WP Rocket, Varnish) often keep serving old HTML to crawlers. Purge them first, or the platform will just re-scrape stale tags. If you change the image, give it a new filename, because platforms cache images separately from tags. Run the previewer to confirm what your server returns right now.
