Telegram link preview: tags, image size and cache refresh

Telegram's "instant preview" uses og:title, og:description, og:image and og:site_name. A large og:image produces a big image preview.

Refreshing

Open a chat with @WebpageBot on Telegram and send it your URL. It re-fetches and updates the cached preview, for up to 10 links at a time.
